CULTURE. PEOPLE. CUISINE.  Blue Bayou is being completely revamped to bring an authentic bayou experience to Chicago.  We've changed our focus to offer a selection of items that are true to southern dining.  From the food to the drinks; the music to the service; the coffee to the decor; we are working to create an experience that will have you coming back for more.  Although we've strip away some things, we have perfected the classics; Jambalaya, Gumbo, Shrimp & Grits and Southern Fried Chicken.  We have sourced quality ingredients and have worked to create a unforgettable experience.       .                                                        WELCOME BACK TO BLUE BAYOU.
